General conditions

Off season

Weekly rental: check-in day is Saturday from 3 p.m., check-out is Saturday by 10 a.m.

Weekend rental: check-in day is Friday from 1 p.m., check-out is Sunday by 1 p.m.

Summer season

Weekly rental: check-in day is Saturday from 3 p.m., check-out is Saturday by 10 a.m. During holidays, only weekly rentals are possible.

Prices are valid for rentals up to 8 people (max. 8 people in total).

The price includes the rental of the entire building and equipment, bed linen, WiFi, gas outdoor grill, final cleaning

The price does not include: electricity consumption 6 CZK per 1 kW.

Recreational fees to the municipality of 10 CZK per adult per day are included in the price

In case of availability before or after your date, individual agreement is possible

Upon arrival, we require a refundable deposit of 3000 CZK in cash for any damage to the property, which will be returned upon handover of the property at the end of the rental.
