A deposit of 50% of the price will be transferred to the owner's bank account within 5 days of the preliminary reservation. The remaining 50% of the full price will be paid again to the same account and under the same VS as a deposit, no later than 10 days before the beginig of the stay.
We will confirm the binding reservation only after receiving the reservation deposit, until then it is only a preliminary reservation.
Cancellation of stay :
within 30 days before the begining of the stay - we return 100% of what the client paid as a deposit.
29 - 10 days before the start of the stay - we do not refund the paid deposit of 40% of the total price of the stay.
9 - 0 days before the start of the stay - we do not refund the total amount paid for the stay.

Off season
Weekly stay: check-in day is on Saturday from 3 p.m., check out of the building is on Saturday by 10 a.m.
Weekend stay: check-in day is Friday from 2 p.m., check out of the building is until 1 p.m. on Sunday
High season
Weekly stay: check-in day is on Saturday from 3 p.m., check out of the building is on Saturday until 10 a.m. During holidays, only weekly stays are possible.
Prices are valid for accommodation of up to 8 people (max 8 people in total).
The price includes the rental of the entire building and equipment, bed linen, Wi-Fi, gas outdoor grill, final cleaning
The price does not include: electricity consumption CZK 6 per 1 kW.
Recreational fees to the village of CZK 10 per adult per day are included in the price
In the case of a free object before or after your date, an individual arrangement is possible
Upon arrival, we require a refundable deposit of CZK 4,000 in cash for any damage to the property, which will be returned when the object is handed over at the end of the stay.
